Muntari out for 5-6 months

Sulley Muntari will be out of the field for about 5 months due to knee injury. After joined on loan spell from city rivals Inter, Muntari with his solid performances broke into first team. As the second part of the season went on, Muntari became one of the key players for Allegri who needed more midfielders due to lot of injuries that Milan players had suffered. We remember Muntari from the "Ghost goal" he scored against Juventus, a goal that later shown to be a decisive moment. Muntari has picked up the injury on international duty for Ghana, and Milan officially confirmed: "Muntari underwent surgery for the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.”
We learned that the surgery went as expected, and the recovery time will be around five to six months, excluding complications.
Let's remind you, Milan was fast and already picked up Muntari replacement, the 25-years-old Genoa's player, Kevin Constant, who arrived on loan with an option of permanent buy.
