The Dynamo Kiev attacker still keeps tabs on his old club, and believes that the Rossoneri have enough talented players left to challenge for top honours.

I have no doubt regarding the current team: they are still very competitive. They decided to keep Thiago Silva, and have Ibrahimovic, Boateng, Nocerino and other quality players. You must be optimistic."- Shevchenko was quoted as saying by Milannews.it.
Shevchenko scored 127 goals for Milan in 226 Serie A appearances for the San Siro side.
